Szymon Dziadzia
Founder of Olive Construction for over 25 years, has led the company with a commitment to excellence in residential construction and custom home building. Born and raised in Poland, he combines a deep European craftsmanship tradition with decades of experience in the United States. His career has been distinguished by extensive work on high-end projects across the Bay Area and Marin County, where he has developed unmatched expertise in delivering luxury homes and complex custom builds. Szymon’s leadership, technical knowledge, and dedication to quality continue to define Olive Construction’s reputation as a premier builder in the region.
Executive Assistant
Gosia Sroczyńska
Born and raised in Poland, has began her career in construction shortly after arriving in the United States seven years ago. She quickly established herself as a property manager in one of San Francisco’s most sought-after neighborhoods, where she developed a strong foundation in construction processes, building standards, and property management. Over the years, her role has provided her with extensive experience in resident services and consistent opportunities to collaborate closely with general contractors, real estate professionals, and fellow property managers.
